Our company is new to international shipments. What type of documentation is necessary?
All international shipments move through their journey by the use of various shipping documents. The actual documents needed depend on the payment from the buyer to seller, as well as the country of origin and destination. Some destination countries require special stamps and signature by Country Consulates. Documents that may be required for international deliveries include, but are not limited to: Commercial Invoice Certificate of Origin Inland Bill of Lading Ocean Bill of Lading or Airway Bill Packing List(s) Mill Certificate Phytosanitary certificate Dock Receipt Hazardous Cargo/Dangerous Goods Certificate Cargo Insurance Certificate or Declaration U.
