Our company has an existing relationship with an Architect. How would ECS add value in that relationship?

ECS is not an architectural or engineering design firm. Although we work directly with Facility and Property owners and managers, ECS also works with many architects and engineers who will arrange for ECS to perform site visits and execute Field Verifications on their behalf. ECS understands the nature of the creative and consultative relationship shared by an architectural or engineering firm and their clients, and can work with all parties with the architectural or engineering firm as the project manager, or subcontract to the architectural or engineering firm, as required.
