We continuously advertise and recruit at our own expense, do in-depth interviews, computer testing, screen unqualified applicants, and maintain databases of all our available Associates. We make all the calls, set all the appointments, check availability, and work with you to negotiate the correct package to bring one our Associates on board. Before we send any Associate to you, we will point out the areas in which they meet your job specifications and requirements. Likewise, if the candidate doesn’t meet all your requirements, we notify you of this and it is then your decision whether to proceed to establishing the interview with the Associate.
