Our church has an “individual congregation subscription” to The Parish Paper. Is it OK for our committees, ministry teams, and governing board to copy and distribute it, locally?
Yes, as a Parish Paper subscriber, your congregation has already paid for photocopying privileges. This includes permission to distribute to your congregation’s clergy, paid staff, governing board, committees, and members/attendees in any or all of the following ways: E-mail, U.S. Mail, reprinting in or inserting a photocopy in your newspaper/newsletter, distribution at your meetings and training events, posting on your congregation’s Website, and permission to use direct quotes in sermons.
