The solution may be as simple as matching up your records with those on your agency’s schedule that may have different titles, but serve the same function. Another option the Analyst might suggest is to identify a record series for another agency that serves the same function and incorporating that series into your current schedule. If either of these do not solve the problem, your agency may end up wholly creating a new records series for your agency’s records retention schedule.
