Our agency has/is planning a scanning system for non-CARES cases (e.g Child Support, Social Work, county-wide documents, etc). How do we integrate this with the ECF?

The ECF requires a CARES case number as the “key.” Non-CARES cases can not be entered in the ECF. Therefore, we will not integrate non-CARES cases in the ECF.
