Other than telephone charges, do I pay for other utilities like electricty, water or gas ?
Your utilities are included in the monthly rental fee. You will be charged for the service area you are leasing. The service area has been predetermined for office and cubicles. You will also be charged for the common areas on a percentage basis. We can tell you what your total monthly fee will be before you sign the lease requirement. Obviously, utilitiy costs raise or fall during the seasons as well as rate changes announced by utility companies. These changes should be expected and anticipated, just like a traditional business would be expected to address.
