The Music Department offers an Introduction to Jazz History, Jazz Composition and Arranging, Jazz Transcription and Analysis, Seminar in Improvisation, Seminar in Jazz Historiography. The Center for Jazz Studies offers many jazz-focused classes which can be found listed here.
