Other Than Attempting To Secure The Job, What Other Reasons Make Job Candidates Fake A Personality Test?
Another reason for a candidate to take a personality test could be for self-knowledge about their own abilities and shortcomings. Sometimes, we ourselves are not aware of our own potentials and drawbacks and hence are not well prepared for any challenges we may confront due to that reason. Also we remain oblivious to any opportunities we may have to explore our potential without some essential introspection. However, a personality test must always be conducted in the presence of a trained Psychologist as the online tests can never be that much trust worthy. It gives us a subjective idea thereby and is more comprehensive when done by a trained professional. Job is one aspect of life but our personalities decide the outcomes of various situations we may find ourselves in when we are around our families, dealing with friends or even developing a routine.
