There are three important output aspects to consider when looking at PEMF devices. One is the range of frequencies, the second is the frequency waveform, and third is the magnetic field strength. The magnetic field strength (or intensity) is the least significant of these three. Most of the devices claim a magnetic field strength of 1,000-10,000 micro-Tesla (10-100 Gauss). The World Health Organization considers a continuous magnetic field of 100 micro-Tesla (1 Gauss) at 50Hz as safe. The average magnetic field strength for the Magnopro Home system is 15 micro-Tesla with a maximum peak of 150 micro-Tesla (1.5 Gauss). The Magnopro uses field strengths that are below the WHO limit; even the maximum peak of 150 micro-Tesla is safe, since it is not used in a continuous way. Note that the frequencies are the most important aspect of the device; Magnopro has a more extensive range of frequencies than most other systems.
