Other Picasa Uploader plugins require files be placed in the `wp-admin` and/or the server root. Does this plugin require the same?

This is a real plugin that lives in the wp-content/plugins/ directory and does not require special files to be placed in either your server root or in the wp-admin/ directory. Further, the plugin supports themes to customize the appearance of the upload dialog displayed by Picasa.
