(added 2/11/05) In response to a request for a corrected filing receipt, I received a filing receipt that only lists the first ten patent attorneys listed in the power of attorney, even though the power of attorney was filed before June 25, 2004. Can I get a new corrected filing receipt, listing all of the attorneys who are of record? A7. No. A filing receipt can only list up to ten patent attorneys or agents, regardless of the number of patent attorneys or agents who are of record.
