Ordering Prescriptions – Prescription Orders Question: I just completed my registration, how do I request a refill?
Here is a step-by-step process to help you place your refill order: • On the top of any Walgreens.com page click on Pharmacy. Next, click on Place Prescription Order. This link will appear directly under the Home tab. • Click on the Refill an Existing Walgreens Prescription. Next, enter your prescription number, then click on Add to Order. • Review your order on the “Shopping Cart” screen. If you wish to enter additional refills, click Refill an existing Walgreens prescription at the bottom of the page. You may repeat this process as many times as you like. When you are finished, click Check Out. • On the “Confidential Health History” screen, check the box next to any health conditions or drug allergies you may have. • On the “How Would You Like to Receive Your Order?” screen, select the method you prefer for receiving your order.
