Order problems, not like described, mistakes?
Email me, there is no reason not to and no reason one would not want to go through the replacement / refund process, i am not perfect, if one does not let me know there exists a problem then i think there is none, mind reading is not one of my skills, of course if you choose not to participate that’s fine to, that’s your freedom of choice; you bought/traded/credit something in a store in your town you would return it (don’t get replacement/refund if store doesn’t have item(s) back) same process here, why would you not want to return it doesn’t make any sense (it would be if shipping was a factor but it isn’t)
