Hi, I have a 2 yr. old Oranda with a fully developed wen. Over the last couple weeks I noticed bubbles, almost like blisters, on his wen. I also noticed that he seemed to have dark streaks in his eyes, almost like “veins.” Over the last couple of days the blisters seemed to have burst and there are chunks of his wen hanging off! It looks like his flesh is kind of chewed up. I’m familiar with dropsy, septicemia, and fungal infections from other fish I have kept in the past and this does not resemble any of those. He is in a 15 gallon tank with one other small goldfish.
