Operation temperature: What is the maximum operation temperature of AIREX foams?
The maximum operation temperature is strongly depending on the foam type and the use of the sandwich part. The mechanical strength and stiffness of all polymer foams are decreasing as the temperature increases. The foam must be chosen so that it is still able to fulfil the mechanical requirements at the maximum operation temperature.
