Many things could cause this issue. First, check to see if the Windows firewall is not causing this issue. Try pinging the Untangle’s internal IP address (assuming you are not blocking ping). If you are able to ping the Untangle, that means that the OpenVPN tunnel is up and functional.

Many things could cause this issue. Try pinging the Untangle’s internal IP address (assuming you are not blocking ping). If you are able to ping the Untangle, that means that the OpenVPN tunnel is up and functional. If that is working, check to see if Windows Firewall is running on the server you’re trying to connect to – by default it will block access from non-local IPs.
