Open Question: USB Hub That Supports Webcams and Such?

I need a USB hub as my computer only has 2 USB ports built in, but I will need the USB hub to be able to support at least 2 devices that are powered by USB (a gaming headset and a capture card). These devices derive their power from USB and I know that some USB hubs don’t allow this. I was wondering if anyone knows of any USB hubs that allow this and are preferably under 15$. Thank you!
