Open Question: Running vbs script in Task Scheduler?

Im trying to run a vbs script in task scheduler (windows 7) but each time its ran i receive an mistake: The directory name is invalid. (0x8007010B) I also tried running a batch file but that didnt work either. Finally i want the program in cygwin bash if possible or initialize cygwin bash in a regular dos and then execute the relax of the script. Iv tried googling it but the answers i find do not help me. Please help me if you can. Even the slightest suggestion could be helpful.
