Medical Version 10 has a whole new set of formatting tools and one of them is to format numbers as time. The default for that is set to yes. That being said, there are two ways to deal with your problem. First, you can dictate patient weights as “one hundred thirty” etc. (do not say one hundred and thirty). Second, you can turn off the Format Times option. To do that open Dragon Tools, select Formatting, select the General Tab, and uncheck the Format Times box.
