A. The answer is to provide HEALTHY tournament travel monies for NSA Teams at an ECONOMICAL price. Illinois teams have indicated an interest in traveling money to help pay for expenses. Some associations have a lower entry fee BUT ONLY give a paid berth to the state or divisional to the winner and NOTHING for the rest of the teams. Some just give unpaid berths and trophies. NSA gives you travel Money and berths!
