One of my Staff has created booking and got the message that the booking has been sent for authorisation but I cannot see any unauthorised bookings in my listing. Why?

• Staff booking can also be authorised by a BDA (with authorisation rights) of the course. If your Staff’s booking is not listed in your list of un-authorised bookings and you have not authorised this booking, then there is a chance that this booking has been authorised by a BDA of the course. Please provide us the Staff booking details so that we can confirm who authorised this booking.
