Further information about your (grand)parents and their previous and current nationality is required in order to establish if you have Dutch nationality and can apply for a Dutch passport. Please complete the nationality questionnaire which you can find under ‘Downloads’ on this page and send it by post with photocopies of all relevant documents such as birth, marriage and naturalisation certificates to the Nationality Section of this embassy.
