One of my families reported that they entered attendance on a certain day, but that date appeared in the Missing Attendance area the next day. What gives?
First, there is a known bug in the system which causes the “Missing Attendance” icon to appear on the attendance screen, and dates to appear in the Missing Attendance drop-down, even though attendance is entered on those dates. The fix on this is due in the next couple of weeks. To confirm that you are seeing this “bug” and that attendance is not really missing, simply navigate to the dates listed in the missing attendance drop-down box. If there is instructional time listed there, then you are seeing the bug. Otherwise, the attendance is really missing.
