Once a contractual agreement has been signed by you and RTS CORP, we immediately begin to research our database of candidates. We search for qualifications, location, salary, and desired corporate culture. We will send you a selection of potential candidate resumes, and you can often start interviewing the first week. Depending on how the match goes, you could be making an offer for a new hire shortly thereafter.
