All of the PCB contaminated soil, sediment and debris that is currently stored in the vaults at the site will be removed, destroyed or disposed of in the appropriate manner. The entire property will undergo an environmental site assessment with the intention of returning the property to the original grading and to the Ministry’s industrial property use standards.
