Once the site has been developed, can the web designer make direct modifications to the HTML without using the Control Center?
Once the site has been developed, the HTML files can be opened in a HTML editor like Dream Weaver or FrontPage to make modifications. But after making such modifications, the Control Center will not have the latest update done manually in its database. Hence the user will no longer be able to use Control Center to make any further modifications or updates to those updated pages of the site.
