Once the business and employee(s) have committed to the adjunct teacher program, what happens next?

Those candidates who are ready to make the commitment will schedule an interview with the partner district for the adjunct teacher position with the district. The candidate will complete the interview process and when the district accepts the candidate, an assignment to a principal and a mentor will be made. The candidate will apply for the fingerprint clearance card and a substitute certificate. The ADE liaison will assist the candidate with this process. The business, district, and candidate will sign a letter of commitment. When this process is completed, the candidate is ready to attend the pre-service training.
