No. The songs you submit under this agreement will be exclusive to APM/Indie911 (for licensing) in all their forms and all their various titles for the term of this agreement. You would, however, continue to receive any performance royalties directly from placements previous to the APM/Indie911 deal, since those royalties would be designated to your song under its original title.
