Once you have passed a physical, a drug test, and finished your course, you will be required to pass the CDL exam, which consists of written and driving portions. The exam will vary from state to state throughout the southwest. I dont currently have a valid drivers license. Can I still attend truck driving school? No. You must have a current drivers license from the state in which you live to qualify for truck driving school.
