Once I send in my application, how will I know if I have been approved for Radio Starmaker funding?
– The Board of Directors of the Radio Starmaker Fund will meet within one month of the application deadline to review all submitted applications. The dates of our Board meetings are posted on our website. The Board makes allocations based on available funding and in accordance with the fundamental objectives of the Fund and consequently not all of the funding sought will be approved in most cases. You will be informed by the Radio Starmaker Fund within 5 business days of the Board meeting as to whether or not your application has been approved. You will then be asked to sign a letter of agreement (Radio Starmaker Fund contract) outlining your approved Significant Investment and Funding Requests. Both the artist (or artist representative) and label will be required to sign and fax/mail in the RSF contract within 90 days of the application deadline of the round for which you have been approved for funding.
