When a call is sent out via the voice or utility report, you have three options to stop the call out. The first option is to press # #, this will immediately hang up the call but not shut the alarm off. The second option is to press the number 1 and go into speakerphone mode. Once the two way communication is established press #. This action will immediately hang up the call but not shut the alarm off.
