Once I list my property online, how long will it take for the listing to show in the MLS and REALTOR.com?
Your property will be posted in the MLS within 24 hours upon receipt of all required documents including payment. Once property is posted in the MLS, listing may take up to 72 hours to appear in REALTOR.COM. Enhanced listings will take an additional 24 hours for enhancement to appear in REALTOR.COM computed from the time listing appears on REALTOR.COM.
