To retrieve data from the DMS resources user sends a data download request to the Data Broker. It discovers the user data file location and prepare appropriate URL for user. User may use this URL for data access using appropriate client module (e.g. FTP client or GridFTP client application).

If you just need a few small files, then running Sget on each will be the quickest. If you want all or most of the container, and you know the container you want to download, then simply running ‘Sbunload ‘ will be much faster.
