Once I import the documents to create a multi-topic lesson how do I change the topic title that appears on the main menu?

The topic titles can be changed in the Sorter, on the Edit pane, under the Tree (view) tab. Each topic appears as a folder icon. If you click twice (not a double-click) on the text label for a topic then you can edit the label. Editing the label changes the title that appears on the main menu.
