Once I have transitioned from Time Warner to Comcast, how do I access my Comcast Enhanced Voice Mail messages?
There are several ways to access your voice mail: From home: • Dial your home telephone number. • Enter your password when prompted. Away from home: • Dial your home telephone number. • When your personal greeting begins to play, press #. • Enter your password when prompted. To use the voice mail access number from home or away from home: • Dial the voice mail access number (chat with us if you do not have the voice mail access number). • Press # to confirm that you have a mail box on the system. • You will be prompted to enter your mail box number, which is your 10-digit telephone number. • Enter your password when prompted.
