Once I have purchased 3 specially marked products how do I submit a valid claim for a FREE MOOO T-Shirt?
To submit a claim you must visit www.curash.com.au and follow the prompts to complete the online claim form in full including full name, current residential address, the 3 unique codes found inside the front page of the on pack promotional stickers from the specially marked products, email address, phone number and the date(s) of purchase and purchase receipt(s) or tax receipt number(s). Once your claim has been validated, a validation email will be sent to the email address you provided within approximately 24 hours. The validation email will contain a further unique code and information on how to redeem the FREE MOOO T-SHIRT. The claimant should print off and retain the validation email for their records; and then visit the nominated Mooo website as recorded in the validation email and follow the directions to claim their FREE MOOO T-SHIRT.
