Financial aid is applied to a student’s CSU account and if there is any excess, a refund will be mailed to the student’s home address. At that time, you may use the excess refund and either go and pay your community college tuition bill or you can reimburse yourself because you already made payment arrangements with the community college. Cleveland State University does not make payments directly to another school on behalf of the student.
