Once I get the CD in the mail, how do I install AddressGrabber™ Standard?
Your CD is accompanied by the Quick Start Guide, which has instructions on this. However, all you need to do is insert the CD in the drive and click on the self-extracting file (which would be something like AB6_090605_04050000_b1.exe). Follow the directions in the Install shield wizard to install AddressGrabber™ Standard.
