The Buyer’s agent will present the offer to the Selling/Listing Agent. The Georgia Real Estate Commission provides standardized Purchase and Sale Agreements, amendments and exhibits to be used by both parties during the negotiation process through to the closing of the property. An earnest money check or certified funds must accompany an offer. Both parties are bound by the terms and conditions of the negotiated and binding Purchase and Sale Agreement.
