Once I determine that I am interested in a venue quotation, what is the procedure?
Elizadora will review the quotation with you and raise a confirmation with the venue. The venue will then hold the facilities and prepare a contract and forward it to you for signature and return. If there are any questions or proposed amendments to the contract as prepared by the hotel, these should be addressed through Elizadora rather than directly with the venue. Elizadora strongly recommends that you arrange a site visit prior to signing a contract so that you can personally verify the suitability of the venue. The method of payment is another issue that must be addressed. For larger events many venues require a deposit at the time of contract and full payment at some point prior to the actual event unless a credit account is established. Elizadora will guide you through both processes.
