Once I begin working with LiveLife Personal Training, what will happen during the sessions?
The personal training director will contact you and ask you some questions about your specific goals and conditions. After the personal training director matches you up with a personal trainer, you will set up an appointment for a complete consultation. During the consultation, which lasts approximately 1 hour, your personal trainer will gather as much information on your medical and exercise history as possible in order to create the best program for you. Next your trainer will establish realistic goals and discuss the strategies that will be used to accomplish them. Body fat testing, body girth measurements, flexibility, cardio, and strength testing may all be done during the consultation process. The next time you meet with your trainer, you will start training. Your personal trainer will demonstrate proper form, technique and explain to you the fundamentals behind the specific training that you are focusing on.
