Encore AfterSchool (EAS) staff will perform various staff development and team building activities throughout the school year. EAS will perform a monthly “check-in” to ensure programs with employees placed by EAS are receiving sufficient support to find the utmost success. Of course, employees placed through EAS can always contact EAS with any questions and/or concerns.
