Once hired, how much hands-on training will be received before students actually move into dorms?
RAs attend an orientation in the spring and get an estimated full week of training before residents move into the residence halls in the fall. RAs attend training for approximately three days prior to the residence halls opening in the spring semester, and approximately 7-10 days prior to the residence hall opening in the Fall.
