The performance of the PAC holder is monitored through: • Annual surveillance inspection which may include product in use. • Reports from PAC holder which he is required to send to BMTPC as per conditions of grant. • Product use proactive sample survey conducted by BMTPC. • Complaints and other feed back received from users, if any. In case non-conformities are found, depending on the extent of the non-conformity a PAC is suspended or cancelled.
