Select 2x6x16′ for top and bottom plates. Mark bold lines across each at 16″ centers. On the slab, lay out the first 16′ wall section nailing through the top and bottom plates into the ends of 2x6x8′ studs. Of course if there are to be doors or windows in this section, you leave out the studs that would otherwise cut through the window and nail doubled 2×6 across the top and bottom of the window rough opening. Nail cripples to the studs under the bottom of the window. When the wall is framed, square it up and nail on your exterior sheathing such as 7/16″ OSB. You can move to another part of the slab to start your next 16′ wall section or build it right on top of the first. When all your walls are built, enlist the help of a friend to lift them up and brace them in place. Fasten the wall sections together (I use screws for strength) and anchor the bottom plates to the slab. Add a second plate the the top of the walls. If you’re building your own roof trusses, you may want to build them
