Once a winner is selected, what happens next?
The first place winner will receive cash and prizes and represent Wisconsin in a variety of year long special appearances. She will also participate and support various community events and charity functions, participate in media interviews, give cause and motivational speeches to youth and young adults, and go on to compete in nationals in 2010.
