Once a study has been approved and data collection is underway, when will the researcher be able to access analytic output files?
Once data collection is underway, the researcher can visit the Researcher Web site on an ongoing basis to run analyses for respondents. Once a researcher has selected the analyses to run (refer to the list of available analytic files noted in FAQ #26) and submitted the request, the system will indicate when the output will be available. Typically, users will be prompted to log in to the system the following day to access their output. In some settings (e.g., clinical or classroom uses), users may wish to obtain real-time reports for a specific individual; this type of request will take approximately 10 minutes to process. Output files will not have specific formatting for the lay public.
