Once a restaurant agrees to participate, what will the restaurant receive and what will the staff be asked to do?
A Restaurant Activation Kit will be mailed to each registered restaurant in early March. The kit contains a Restaurant User Guide with instructions on how to implement the campaign, Table Tents and Donation Cards that describe the campaign and invite patrons to donate, Window Decals and a Staff Training Poster. The restaurant staff will be asked to solicit and collect donations using the materials provided in the kit. Restaurants should submit the donations in total by credit card at tapproject.org or with the donation form included in the Restaurant User Guide. Donations should be submitted by April 30, 2011.
