Answer That all depends on what it’s used for. Normal pressure loss is 10% to 20%. In the steel mills you can lose up to 50%. It is always wise to check the inlet pressure of cutting torches with a set of inexpensive testing gauges. Pressures are always measured at the cutting torch inlets.
